How to make "next page>>" instead of older posts

I had that kind of trouble to find a solution for it. My friend
from free gfx models blog helped me and i decided to share with you! that's how you do it :
1. Go to LAYOUT > Edit HTML
2. Select Expand Widget Templates
3. Search for . Replace it with < < Previous Page
4. Search for . Replace it with Next Page > >
that's it !
the result will be
Instead of older posts it will be Next page > >
Instead of newer posts it will be < < Previous page
